Fitness -forpin Lisa Marie Paskual shared videos on Instagram, showing her followers how easy it is to get 10 km every day. It gave 30 ways that can be included in your schedule and achieve a healthy body with it.
Start with the small goals of the step
In her video, Lisa said, “I lost 140 pounds, starting from the little one, from the styling one habit at a time. And my first habit I made 10,000 steps a day. Doing it, I lost 30 pounds in 3 months. So today I will share with you 30 ways to help you get your steps.”
She wrote in her post: “Starting with little results when I tell you that I tried to lose everything, but I always failed. I would give up so fast because I was over, felt defeated or did not see immediate results, and then I decided to start with the little one and try at one time.
“My admiration in life is to help as many women as I can become the healthiest and happy version of myself. To help stop hiding and start shining. You only have one life, do this count.
30 Lisa’s suggestions about getting 10k:
1. Take the morning mile.
2. Go while you wait to pick up the baby.
3. Add 5 minutes walk after workout.
4. The tempo is around while you call.
5. Make a break for lunch.
6. Make a walk after lunch.
7. The pace in the gym or while training at home.
8. Go to the farthest bathroom at work.
9. Set a reminder of your phone to get up and walk in working hours.
10. Go through the kitchen while your food is preparing.
11. Go around while you brush your teeth.
12. Invest in a pedestrian playground.
13. Use a pedestrian playground to realistic television.
14. Park further.
15. Go for children to school or at a stop.
16. Make a coffee with a friend after getting coffee.
17. Run the tasks at the break for lunch.
18. Go to the employee rather than send them via email.
19. Clean your home.
20. Cass your lawn.
21. Vacuum.
22. Get the dog.
