Increasing the calf is one of the simplest and most effective exercises to strengthen the muscles of the cavia.
How to do it: Become with your foot width. Slowly rise on your toes, lifting the heels from the ground as high as possible. Hold for a second and then gently lower the heels.
Repeats: Make 2 to 3 sets from 15 to 20 reps.
Benefits: This exercise activates muscle muscles, improving their pumping effect and increasing blood flow. This can be done anywhere while waiting in line or during breaks at work.
