Ingredients: 90 ml of tequila (2 servings), 1 raw mango, 1 tsp. ground jade, 2 tsp. lime juice, a pinch of black salt
For decoration: A slice of raw mango sprinkled with chili powder (optional)
recipe: Add 2 teaspoons of boiling water to the crushed kidney beans and mix well to make kidney syrup. The next step is to peel and finely chop the mango, then mash it with 2-3 tablespoons of water. Drain the pulp. For one cocktail, combine 2 teaspoons of mango pulp, 1 teaspoon of jaggery syrup, 45ml of tequila, a pinch of black salt and 1 teaspoon of lime juice in a shaker. Shake well to combine. Then skewer three thin slices of raw mango on toothpicks and sprinkle with chili powder. Add ice, run a toothpick over the top of the glass, pour the mixture into the glass and top with soda. Mix and serve.

recipe: To make kidney water, soak pieces of kidney beans in water for a while, then strain the mixture. You will be left with a sweetened brown liquid (jaggery filtrate). Pour 30 ml of gin (or alcohol of your choice) into a glass. Add jaggery filtrate and dilute with water to desired level. Mix well and serve chilled.

Pour the confused mixture into a 250 ml cocktail glass filled with crushed ice. Blend for 10-14 seconds to cool. Garnish with a sprig of fresh basil and an orange wedge.
