Ingredients: 90 ml of tequila (2 servings), 1 raw mango, 1 tsp. ground jade, 2 tsp. lime juice, a pinch of black salt

For decoration: A slice of raw mango sprinkled with chili powder (optional)

recipe: Add 2 teaspoons of boiling water to the crushed kidney beans and mix well to make kidney syrup. The next step is to peel and finely chop the mango, then mash it with 2-3 tablespoons of water. Drain the pulp. For one cocktail, combine 2 teaspoons of mango pulp, 1 teaspoon of jaggery syrup, 45ml of tequila, a pinch of black salt and 1 teaspoon of lime juice in a shaker. Shake well to combine. Then skewer three thin slices of raw mango on toothpicks and sprinkle with chili powder. Add ice, run a toothpick over the top of the glass, pour the mixture into the glass and top with soda. Mix and serve.
