Seasonal fruits and vegetables that are currently on the market include juicy manga, red ripe watermelons, cucumber, sugarcane, citrus fruits and more, but we all have doubts about drinking during pregnancy.

In an interview with HT Lifestyle, Haripriya N, Clinical Nutritionist with Cloud Group Hospitals in Cennai, offered several drinks that have a pregnancy in the summer season to keep you.
1. Amla Beetroot Marrot Ginger

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Amla- cut large parts- 2
Beets- sliced ½ cup
Carrots- ½ cup
Ginger- a small piece of crushed.
Mint for decoration.
Method:
Add all the ingredients (carrots, amla, beets) to a half glass of water and juice to the blender. Filter it and finally add a fresh stuffed ginger, decorate the mint leaves and ready to fall.
Food facts: This refreshing drink is packed with antioxidants, flavonoids, which boosts immunity during pregnancy and Amla, carrots are a good source of vitamin C and vitamin A. Fresh beets contain nitrates that help maintain blood pressure and promote oxygen supply.
2. Delicate coconut water blow, strawberries

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
Gentle coconut water- 400 ml
Lyme juice- 1tbsp
Strawberry- sliced- ½ cup
Chia seeds impregnated with 2tsp
Method:
Transfer delicate coconut water to a bowl, add 1Tbsp lime juice. Add a few cubes of ice to a glass, pour delicate coconut water, add the soaked chia seeds and decorate it with crushed strawberries. Ready to serve.
Food facts: This moisturizing spicy drink is loaded with electrolytes, and the Chia seeds will add to the fiber and omega 3, which is stored when taken as a drink in the middle of the day.
3. Squash melon

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
Cucumber- 1 nose
Muskmelon- ½ fruit
Honey- 2tsp
Shiny water- optional
Mint leaves for decoration.
The method of preparation:
Peel and cut the cucumber and musk, mix them together. Add honey and mix again. Pour the mixture into a glass above the ice cubes. Put on top with shiny water (optional), decorate mint leaves.
Food facts: Melons are usually packed with nutrient moisturizing, and this delicious combination is 90% water, and contains vitamin A and C. C.
4. No milk mango shake
Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
SUPPOSED MANG- 1 FULL
Gondon/ Mondon Pisin- 2tbsp
Seeds sabja- 1tsp
Method:
Peel and remove the ripe mango. Add it to the blender and make it smooth.
Add the tbsp soaked pizzin in a glass, apply it from the mango puree and add the saba seeds on top. Honey is optional. Keep it in the refrigerator and serve it.
Food facts:
Mango is packed with polyphenol, including mangiferne, which is especially powerful. Polyphenols function as antioxidants, and have a source of folate, several vitamins B, as well as vitamins A, C, K and E – all this can help boost immunity.
