Instead of having a traditional interview process, a grant offers two things: “number one, we need to give people a demonstration. Find out the skills that are most important for work, and then give people a challenge when they can demonstrate these skills. That’s where you can really see their opportunities.”

He also emphasized the importance of providing chances to the interviewed. Why? If the interviewed goes away, give them a second chance. “It’s not about how they perform in the first interview that ultimately shows their agility. This is how well they study and progress from the fact that it has not been well in the first interview in the second interview.
