Cat-Cat, also called Marjariosan-Bitilason, is a soft flow between the two poses, which increases the flexibility in the spine and relieves tension in the back and neck. It is especially useful for people who spend long hours sitting or working on the computer, putting pressure on your shoulders.
How to do this:
Start on your hands and knees in the countertop position.
When you inhale, remove your back, lower your stomach and lift your head and tail (pose of the cow).
When you exhale, twist your spine, season your chin and draw your belly (cat pose).
Continue to move slowly between the cat and the cow for 1-2 minutes, matching the breath with your movements.
Cat-Cow increases spinal mobility, releases tension and helps you more experienced about your posture.
