How to do it
Sit on the floor with your legs outstretched.
Tilt the right knee and put your right leg on the outer side of the left thigh.
Tilt the left knee and season the left foot near the right thigh.
Put your right hand for support.
Inhale and extend your spine.
Exhale and twist the torso to the right, placing the left elbow on the outer part of the right knee.
Hold for 30 seconds, then release and repeat on the other side.
