Sharing the good news with your supporters on social media today (March 6), Indian Fighting Policy Vinne Fogat announced that she is waiting for her first child with her husband Somvir rathee. Vinner posted a picture with her husband Somvir with the signature: “Our love story goes on with the new chapter.” Fans and benevolent blizzards of Vinesh and Somvir soon began to send their best wishes in pairs, and fighters Bajrang Punya and Sakshi Malik also congratulated them.

Vinne Fogat for many months was in the news for the 2024 Paris Olympics, after which it went down. For the unfortunate, you created a story at the Paris Olympics in 2024 for becoming the first Indian woman to reach the Olympic final. But, a few hours before her last match, you were disqualified from the whole event for being overweight 100 grams- a decision that broke not only Vine but also a billion hearts in India. After the dispute, Vinne announced about retirement. Her message on X read: “Mother of the Bush (mother, fight) won against me, I lost. Excuse me, your dream and my courage were broken. I now no longer have the strength … Goodbye 2001-2024.”
However, later she also hinted to return to the sport with a publication on Instagram, which read: “It seems you are tired today. It seems you are wounded today. But you still have courage. You’re still alive for your goal.” Meanwhile, Vinner joined Congress politics, and won a place from Julana at the Harian Assembly.
Love the love of Vinne Fogat and Somvir Rati
Both the fogat, and the Somvir of Rati by profession are fighters. While Vinnia represented India in several national and international matches, her husband Somvir Rati-Smohara from Hariana. Vinne and Somvir first met with Indian railways where they worked. It was their love for the struggle that helped them to connect, and soon love blossomed between them.
In 2018, the couple of the fight made its relationship official during the Jakart Asian Games. Vinner won Japan Yuki Ira and won the gold medal at the 2018 Asian Asian Games. Upon returning to India, Somvir suggested Vinesh right outside the Indiro Gandhi International (Igi) airport in New Delhi in a heartfelt gesture!
Vinne and Somvir got engaged in August 2018, and in December 2018 they married an intimate wedding that took place in Vinas Chakhi Dadri in Harian, India. Their small wedding reflected their similar views against gender prejudice and excessive social pressure on Indian weddings with high fat.
Omar Uja reported that Vinne and Somvir had asked their families to deposit Inr 1 as Shagun for their wedding rituals.
Vinne and Somvir also made eight promises, not traditional seven promises in Hindu marriages. The reason: their eight promises – “Betty Bahao, Betty Podoi, Betty Hilao” (which translates to: keep their daughters, raise them and let them lose or succeed in sports).
Now six years later, you are ready to welcome your first child together.
Best wishes of the couple!
