Here is the breakfast recipe she followed:
- Half a glass of oats
- Two tablespoons of chia seeds
- One cup of milk
- Fruit
- One tablespoon of peanut butter
Method:
Take half a cup of oats, two tablespoons of chia seeds, one cup of milk and chopped fruit in a jar and mix everything. Freeze it overnight and then add one tablespoon of peanut butter before eating it in the morning.
