Do you know that your stressful behavior can be the opposite of your love language? At Instagram Post, shared by Esther Ku, coaches on Kuala Lumpur relations, sometimes this trait can become toxic.

In the message, Esther listed examples of how a person’s stress and love may look, and both were amazingly opposite to each other. She shared the message – called “How is your stress language often the opposite of your love language” – can it be your toxic feature? Know yourself, not just your partner … “
Stress behavior against language love
According to Esther Ku, if the needs are not dissatisfied, people’s behavior is often the opposite of their love language. Check out some examples she listed in her message at Instagram:

“Your stressful behavior is the opposite of the language of love”
According to the acquaintance coaches, a person’s behavior can often look like “without asking for help, isolation or recall of themselves, ignoring or avoiding loved ones.” Meanwhile, their love language she stated is the opposite of stressful behavior, it may be “acts of service, sharing a quality time, physical touch or words of affirmation.”
Esther explained that our needs allow to replenish the batteries. While our needs, when consistently dissatisfied, make us act in disappointment or stress. “Everyone has the opportunity to increase stress resistance. It requires hard work and dedication, but over time you can equip yourself to handle what life throws you the way when you start behaving,” she added.
