5 tips for fast weight loss

Sheeha, who now weighs 60 kg after losing weight from 110 kg, said in the video, “I used to weigh 110 kg and I reached 60 kg in a few months with these helpful tips: Step no. 1: 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Step #2: Drink 3-4 liters of water every day. Step #3: Manage your stress. Step #4: Finish dinner by 7 p.m.; this is the most important thing. Step #5: Check your weight daily, not log it.”

Budget diet for weight loss

Sheeha added: “My pro tip is if you don’t eat junk food and only eat healthy home-cooked food and take a 30-minute walk every day, you’ll surely lose weight quickly.”
