Joe Rogan notes two months sobriety: “I feel great”
In his message on Instagram on May 2, Joe Rogan showed that he was sober for two months and feels better than if -no. Reflecting on a lifestyle shift, the UFC commentator admitted that he regretted not giving up alcohol before.
“My best boy @marshallmaerogan is trying to make me fall out of the wagon,” he wrote with his photo of his dog holding a bottle. “I didn’t drink for about 2 months and I feel great. Almost makes me feel dumb unless you have left long ago.”
Rogan joked about how his efforts that are aware of his health were canceled by his drinking habits. “I do so much things to stay healthy to sabotage it with a drink for a few days a week. Glad my dumb A*s realized it eventually,” he added. “Marshal, on the other hand, wants to score and go to the dog park.”
Why Joe Rogan threw alcohol
In the episode No. 2302, Joe Rogan’s experience, comedian and actor Ron White joined Joe Rogan for an open conversation during which Rogan told about his decision to quit drinking. The UFC commentator showed that he stopped consuming alcohol about a month ago, citing his negative effect on the body.
“I threw it away too … a month ago just stopped drinking. I think I finished for no reason, except that it was not good. I didn’t like it. I liked it, but the days after drinking were too rough,” Rogan shared during the episode.
The rug, known for his devotion to fitness and a healthy life, reflected on the contradiction of the toxins into his body, despite the fact that he was so disciplined differently. “I like which moron, which so well cares about my body, poisons myself a couple of days a week for the sake of fun?” he said. “And then I like, well, will I be the same pleasure if I do not poison myself? It turns out yes.”
