On April 1, Jamie shared his Instagram publication, noting that they should avoid this if they want to lose weight faster.

1. Cut the products

Restriction leads you to want it more. And if you lose weight the way you can’t stand- you just lose weight and get it right after. Of course, you lose weight when you cut out sugar but are you going to do it the rest of your life? Sounds unhappy.

2. Excessive classes of cardio/hiit

Muscle extensions will help increase your metabolism so that you burn more calories at rest. And your workouts are only about 5-15 percent of your calories that burn throughout the day, so focusing only on calories burned through your workouts will not get you results.

3. Wait the right time

The difficult truth is that you will probably need more time than you think to reach your dream body. And if you want to lose 10-15 pounds, the best time to start was yesterday. And if not, start now. Stop waiting for life slow down and start learning to lose fat through the chaos of life.

4. Trying to do it on your own
