Samer shared that she “fell many times earlier”, but now her attention was on “aging well” and was strong “and not just trying to be thin.” Samer said, “It actually started when I realized that it was not stable with my weight all the time. I tried to balance work, family and yoga, but even with disciplines, life will be overwhelming, especially as a busy mom.”
