5 exercises for breathing yoga that guarantee a restful sleep



Alternative nostril breathing is the basic yoga technique known to balance body energy and reassuring the mind. This includes breathing one nostril at a time, blocking the other.

How to do this:

Sit comfortably with your spine straight.

Use your thumb right to close your right nostril and slowly inhale through the left nostril for about 6 seconds.

Close the left nostril with the rings, hold your breath for 6 seconds.

Open your right nostril and slowly exhale for 6 seconds.

Inhale through the right nostril for 6 seconds.

Close the right nostril and hold for 6 seconds.

Exhale through the left nostril.

Repeat this cycle for 5 minutes.

This pranum is reduced by stress and anxiety, and thus causing sleep
