On May 18, Amaka shared the list of foodstuffs, which she excluded from her diet when she was on a weight loss journey. “You will never get such a lure waist and get the desired weight or body size if you do not exclude these dishes from your power plan,” Akaka wrote.

1. The fried and fast -food
