Remember the combination, amount and time of availability, but always consult a qualified nutritionist before changing any mode in your diet.

Summer seasons are known for their seasonal fruits and juices, and during pregnancy it is very important to include healthy and nutritious drinks that provide trace elements rather than choose empty color, sugar sweetened drinks such as soda, colored drinks or packed juices. In an interview with HT Lifestyle, Haripriya N, Clinical Nutritionist with Cloud Group Hospitals in Cennai, offered the following glycemic drinks for moms in the summer –
1. Watermelon lime
Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
Watermelons- 1 cup
Lyme juice- 1tbsp
Crushed mint leaves- 1tsp
Pumpkin seeds- 2tsp
Method:
Add watermelon, lime and mint juice in the blender.
Then pour the mixture and pumpkin seeds into the glass. Cool for an hour and serve.
Tips Pro: It will be delicious if you add the crushed small water pieces of melon and lemon zest.
Food facts: High content of lycopene, antioxidant, high in vitamin A, vitamin C and potassium. Full of water, so it is very moisturizing. Very low -calorie food and naturally sweet. Pumpkin seeds with this drink will help improving the absorption of vitamin A and prevents thorns of sugar.
2. Masala Beer Amla Buttmilk

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
Low fat- 1 cup
Amla- 1 No. Small
Coriander- a handful
Ginger powder- pinch
Amburian powder-or-h.
Method:
Add kefir, coriander and amla together and mix.
Then pour them into the glass and add the ginger powder and Ambur. When needed to refrigerate for an hour and serve cold.
Parade: For better satiety, you can add chia seeds to it.

3. Red citrus blow

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
Grenade- ½ cup
Fresh orange juice- 100 ml
Mint leaves- as needed
Soaked seed chia- 1tsp
The method of preparation:
Add the first orange juice and mint leaves to the blender. Its juice and filter.
Pour the juice into the glass and add the impregnated chia seeds ready to feed.
