1. Eat protein first
The protein keeps you full for a long time and reduces the craving. Instead of starting with rice, start with eggs, chicken or beans. So you will feel full faster and, of course, eat less carbohydrates.
2. Stop eating straight from the pot or pack
If you are not a part of the food, easy to overeat without understanding. Use a plate or bowl every time, even for a snack. The portion control can help remain within calorie intake.
3. Drink a glass of water before eating
Drinking water can make you eat more slowly and reduce how much you need to feel full. Sometimes you just crave and not hungry.
4. Learn to say ‘no’ second serving

5. Stop distracted while eating
The thoughtless nutrition is equal to overeating. Whenever you scroll the phone or watch the movie while eating, there is a tendency to move.
