On May 17, Ene Maria Tom emphasized the importance of creating a healthy morning routine for effective fat loss. She shared five key habits that played a decisive role in accelerating her results during her own weight loss journey. 1. Pull the water on the cinnamon
Direct the morning with cinnamon to help balance the sugar in the blood and increase insulin sensitivity. Just mix 1 tablespoon of cinnamon in 1 glass of warm water – size and efficient!
2. Include breakfast with GLP-1
Water the morning, controlled by hunger, insulin, such as chia seeds or Greek yogurt.
3. Backhorses
Pass the sweet and sophisticated useful food to stay in fat burning longer.
4. The coffee time is correct

In the previous interview with HT Lifestyle, Dr. Calpan Gupto Shekhovat, a specialist in functional and metabolic medicine, told about the importance of healthy protein to start his day properly. “Simple lifestyle strategies can be effective without severity by side effects. One such strategies begins with a healthy protein source that can come in the form of gerbed lentils or Greek yogurt. Since protein, it showed a positive effect,” the doctor emphasized. It also mentioned the benefits of health from consumption of whole foods, whole cereals, vegetables, lentils, millet, seasonal fruits and healthy fats such as avocado, melted butter or coconut oil.
