1. Food often

If you are serious about your weight loss journey, you often need a back seat. “In these 5 months, my priority was only my weight and back,” she says. “So I followed home -made food and at least ate once a week. I even took food to the house a friend once for dinner!”

2. Deep fried food

You can love crispy, fried treats, but they are often loaded with blank calories that do not support your goals. “Added calories are simply not worth the effort I made,” she explains. “My goal was my priority. I knew that the food didn’t run away, it was only for a short time.”

3. All sweetened drinks

Say goodbye to sweet drinks if you try to cut calories. These include juices, smoothies, sodas and cocktails. “No juices, cocktails outside, without carbonated drinks, layouts and cocktails,” says Simrun. “Instead, I switched to ordinary soda because I love cold carbonated drinks.”

4. Late night output

Social events may be interesting, but if they endanger your sleep or workout schedule, it will retreat well. “I worked in the morning, and when I was coming out, I meant that I would miss my workout, I would not come out, otherwise I will come back early,” says Simrun.

5. Full desserts

Do you like goodies? You’re not one. But if they are your weakness, moderation is key. “I would like to try someone’s tiny spoon,” she says. “For me, the sweets were weak, and it worked much better for me.”
