5 exercises for good hip mobility
As Ruben shared, one minute for each exercise, and then repeat the entire sequence 3 times, making the routine only 15 minutes.
The series consists of:
- Quad + ankle stretching
- Squatting to fold
- Squat + bending
- Pulling the flexor of the hip joint
- Inguinal stretching
This set of exercises is aimed at different parts of the lower body, and all eventually benefits the hip joint. Whether it is a relaxation of the hip with the help of squats or stretching the lateral muscles (cash desks) with lateral bends, each movement in the exercise actively increases flexibility, reduces stiffness and maintains better hip mobility over time.
