Fighting Dr. Nivedita Dadu

In a recent video on YouTube, Dr. Doda explained that he was overweight since childhood and tried several diet for weight loss, gait, anti-inflammatory diets and more or more. But nothing never gave her long results. “I’m a gourmet and emotional food,” she confessed. Her demanding schedule also aggravated to follow solid procedures. After many years of attempts and failures and a long -standing diet she knew she should break the cycle. That’s when she came across Ozempich and Mungear.

What is Mounjaro and Ozempic?

Before you plunge into Dr. Dr.’s experience, it is important to clarify that this medicine. As she explains, Mungear (Tirzepatid), and Azumpik (Semaglutide) are originally designed for injection drugs that help manage blood sugar levels in type 2 diabetes. But they also affect appetite and metabolism in ways that contribute to weight loss.

D -Ra Drun says: “These drugs mimic hormones in our body that regulate hunger and insulin. They help reduce appetite, improve blood sugar control and slow the digestion that help people together to eat less and lose weight.”

While both medicines have similar mechanisms, Mungear is unique in that it is aimed at two hormones-GLP-1 and GIP-creation of this therapy with double action. Ozempic is primarily focused on GLP-1. It is believed that this double effect in Mungear contributes to a more effective weight loss.

Early failures in her losing path

When Dr. Doda first saw others, including celebrities using Ozempic, she wanted to try it herself. However, Ozempic was not available in India. Having an oral version of the Semaglutide, which is sold as Vevelsis.

“I started with a low dose, 7 mg, then increased to 14 mg. But I had so much nausea that I couldn’t focus on work,” she said. Although it helped her lose weight, the side effects made it impossible, and she had to abandon the rebels.

Next, she tried anti -inflammatory nutrition. Although he supported a healthy lifestyle, the results were slow. “You can’t expect to lose 25-30 kg with an anti-inflammatory diet. I considered it sad and not so practical,” she said.

Then came the Lyraglutide (Victoza), the daily injection. “It was better than Sentelsis – not side effects, and I started to lose weight. But I got on the plateau after losing 6-8 kilograms because the dose failed to increase much.”

Why did she choose Mungear?

When she found that Ozempic is not available in India on legal channels, she turned to Mungear and started her research before trying it on herself and her patients. She found that Mungear could help people lose up to 20% of body weight over 6-7% with Ozempic. Also, while Ozempic was not approved by FDA specifically for weight loss, Tirzepatid in Mungear was. So she started using it personally with her patients.

The journey of the slimming is Doctor Dr.

Dr. Doda showed that while she tried to lose several ways, Mungear helped a lot. “Because I have no significant medical history, I was a good candidate. And after that the protocol is to get tests every 1.5-2 months when you are on medication. I have been on a mungear for 4 months. So, I lost 14 kg over the last 4 months. It’s once a week.”

What positive effects she saw?

“Now I feel more confident. I don’t feel sluggish and tired in the evening. And the craving for the food I had for 10 years, especially after returning home tired – have disappeared. The tirepathid works, giving a sense of completeness. So you don’t feel like eating too much.

Diet for weight loss

Along with the weekly injections, D -R watched the pure and nutritious diet and engaged in yoga every morning. It starts its day with lemon water and moisturizes post-yoga with coconut water. “A few days I take a protein cocktail or cold coffee. On tense days I pull on green tea or lemon. Lunch can be only one cucumber, mango or fruit yogurt – or sometimes nothing.”

Despite how easily her food sounds, she emphasized that her diet is not enough. “I do not threaten anything. My diet is healthy. I take all the nutrients, vitamins and especially care about my protein and healthy fats. I don’t deprive myself. I remain in shape and healthy. I count the protein – one protein cocktail gives you 24-30 g.

Dosage Mounjaro: What she followed

Since Dr. Doda was already familiar with the rebels and Mitosa, she decided that the lowest amount that is 2.5 mg was not for her. So, it started with 5 mg of Mungear once a week. It continued doses for 3-4 weeks, approximately 1 to 1.5 months. It grew to 7.5 mg, for which it has moved for almost three months, reaching most of the weight loss without any side effects. However, she found that “I also took the IV Drips – all 2 or 3 weeks in our clinic. These drops had collagen, glutathione, vitamins, minerals – therefore there should be no deficiency.”

How does Mungear work?

Dr. Duda emphasized that Mounjaro, or any GLP-1 counterpart, helps in several ways. It’s not just weight loss, but also makes you a healthier version of yourself. Active Ingredient Mounjaro, Tirzepatid, works:

  • Delayed gastric emptying
  • Increasing the satiety and sense of completeness
  • Thinking thrust, especially emotional or habitual food
  • Increased sensitivity to insulin
  • Increases metabolism
  • Improves lean muscle mass
  • Reduces inflammation in the body

This combination helped the doctor to feel less hungry, especially in vulnerable moments as after work when she used to.

What about side effects?

She resorted to common problems such as skin sagging and hair thinning faced by some people after weight loss. Due to past PCOS and dry skin conditions, it actively survived the IV, which passed nutrients, such as collagen and vitamins, made hydration and facial procedures, and used the body contour in its clinic to maintain skin elasticity. She also specified that the “Azempsic appearance” or the sagging of the face can be avoided if weight loss is not extreme. In fact, Mounjaro can help fix hormonal imbalance and insulin resistance.

How to reduce doses after weight loss?

Dr. Doda does not recommend staying at high doses long-term. “If you reach your goal, you do not need to rise to 15 mg. You can start cutting the dose or increase the gap between doses,” she explained. After all, it is about maintaining a healthy lifestyle with products such as Jowar, Bajra, Ragi, Oats, Fruits, Vegetables and Regular exercise.

Who can’t take Mungear?

“Supervision of the doctor is needed before taking Mungear,” D -DOO warned. Mungear is not suitable for everyone. This is not particularly recommended by people with:

  • Pregnancy and lactation
  • Pancreatitis
  • Hypoglycemia
  • Acute renal failure
  • Thyroid carcinoma or men’s syndrome
  • Diabetic retinopathy
  • Gallbladder disease
  • Diabetes type 1

In addition, there are some other medicines you should tell your doctor. Because in this case your dose of injection Mounjaro will be titered. In addition, if you are taking insulin injections in diabetes, you can choose Mounjaro injections for weight loss. But your insulin requirement will be reduced. Because if Mounjaro increases your insulin sensitivity, then you will not have as many insulin requirements as DDU’s doctor.

She added that some medicines can interact with Mungear, so consultation with a doctor is important. If you are on insulin, Mounjaro can reduce insulin needs.

Can the Non -Diabots use Mounjaro for weight loss?

“Yes, you can choose these injections, even if you do not have diabetes. Because Mounjaro or any other GLP-1 agonist does not reduce sugar levels, it does not cause hypoglycemia. If sugar is high, it will reduce it.
