Lion breathes

Take a deep breath through the nose, allowing the abdomen to rise when the lungs are filled with air. Once you have breathed completely, open your mouth wide and continue your tongue down to your chin. Exhale your mouth strongly by highlighting the “AHH” sound when you miss your breath. Continue this process for several breaths.

Alternate Breath of the Nostrils

Sit comfortably and start using the right thumb to gently close the right nostril, and place the right ring and pink fingers on the left nostril. Exhale through the left nostril, keeping the right closed. Breathe through the left nostril. Then open the right nostril and use the rings and pink toes to close the left nostril. Exhale the right nostril. Breathe through the right nostril. Close the right nostril again and exhale through the left nostril. Continue repeating this alternation of your nostril breathing for several breaths.
