A new real estate sale rumor is in town, and it concerns Elon Musk, the billionaire entrepreneur, close friend of Donald Trump, and since Trump’s re-election, also his frequent guest. Musk is said to be potentially considering a potentially disruptive purchase Palm Beach Real Estate Marketand reports say he’s eyeing the Bristol Penthouse in West Palm Beach, a 19,000-square-foot luxury property once owned by the late beauty mogul Sydell Miller.
The penthouse is also rumored to cost more than $100 million (around INR 8,26,82,35,000).

The Bristol Penthouse in Palm Beach is part of a luxury 25-storey waterfront condominium and is renowned for its luxury and spectacular location.

According to Bristol Palm Beach’s website, the condominium offers unparalleled luxury, featuring three- to five-bedroom residences ranging from 3,700 to 14,000 square feet. And Musk’s potential new home will have floor-to-ceiling laminated glass windows that provide high efficiency, reduce noise and offer unobstructed views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Atlantic Ocean and Palm Beach Island.

How did the rumors come about?
It should be noted that Musk spends a lot of time in Mar-a-Lago after Donald Trump’s re-election campaign. And the Bristol penthouses’ proximity to Mar-a-Lago will make them a convenient home base for Musk, who has also been named co-chairman of the Department of Government Effectiveness (DOGE), a role announced by Trump.
When the acquisition is completed, it will be one of the most expensive penthouses ever sold in Florida and in the world, and will cost more than double the original price for which the Millers once bought it.
