Not just a trend
Today’s beauty Etos relies on trust, simplicity and clarity. In a landscape, where less and less ingredients dominate, honey is a quiet effective multitasking that feels both familiar and promising. Almost half are more likely to buy foods with organic or simple to understand the ingredients.
Ingredient with ancient (and global) attractiveness
In Ayurveda, honey is classified as a catalyst for yoga, which enhances the potency of other ingredients with which it combines. It is used in healing ointment, hair elixirs and skin balms over the centuries. In ancient Egypt, Cleopatra is said to bathe in honey and milk. In Korean beauty, sour -milk honey is evaluated for its representative enzymes. And today, this perennial ingredient re -contextualized not as exotic, but as a significant, polite celebrities, including a Beyon that uses raw honey in its healing scheme and even stores lips at home. The face mask Janhvi Kapoor is a mixture of honey, cottage cheese and seasonal fruits. And Megan Markle describes the honeyfish outfit as a soothing ritual
