Harvard and Stanford liver specialist Dr. Saurab Seti takes 10 conventional foods on a scale of 1 to 10, depending on how good they are for fat liver.

In the video, posted on June 26, D -R -Saura, gastroenterologist and liver specialist, prepared at AIIMS, Harvard and Stanford Universities, took 10 common food depending on how good they are for fatty liver. The list will help you make reasonable decisions the next time you collect food that can harm if you have fat liver.

  8. Avocado: 9/10
  9. Bought in a fruit juice store: 1/10
  10. Black coffee: 10/10

What is a fat liver?
