How does it work?
Similar to Ozempic and Mounjaro, this new drug for weight loss is also a medication intended for adult or overweight, and at least one weight associated with weight, such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes or high cholesterol. “The active ingredient in Wegovy is the Semaglutide, which is a synthetic version of the natural hormone called the GLP-1 (glucan peptide-1).
