Shilpa Shetty emphasizes the benefits of kicking on strength, endurance and balance, and recommends using a tennis ball.

At the age of 50, Shilpa Sheti is one of the most custom actors in Bollywood. The actor also motivates his followers, sharing his workout procedure and diet tips on social media. In a report that shared on August 4, she shared the exercise that she included in her workouts to teach her core. Let’s find out what it is:

Main Strength Workouts with a Tennis Sword

Shilpa posted a video about what it was being done and making it fun and more grueling using a tennis ball. “The ball in your court, serves as a major force. The task is to you! How much can you do with the perfect shape?” She closed the video.

To do the exercise, lying on the back on the floor, she raised her back. Then she lifted her legs from the floor and placed them at an angle of 90 degrees. She followed this, kicking that struck, waving her feet as alternatively up and down. To add a level of difficulty, she took a tennis ball and passed it between her legs, from one hand to the other, kicking.

Shilpa also shared the benefits of performing the exercises. That’s what you can get by doing this procedure:

  • Tones and determine the muscles of the abdomen
  • Strengthens the stabilizers of the deep core
  • Increases control, coordination and basic endurance

How to do it right?

Exercise is only useful when you do it right. Shilpa suggested:

• 3 sets of 15-20 repetitions (each side)

• 2x per week minimum

• Focus on slow, controlled motion. Quality> Number

As for the advantages from the legs, the exercise is great for increasing the strength of the nucleus, stamina increased in the muscles, increase equilibrium, providing support for the loins, and can also be a great burning calories if you are part of the cardio -rutine.
