Tips:

  • Restrict the use of AI for emotional support: if it is upset, talk to the person you trust, rather than resort to chat.
  • Do offline: move away from the screens regularly. Join clubs, activities or volunteer work on the real world.
  • Practice digital detoxification: Plan regularly from devices to reduce emotional addiction with AI
  • To strengthen human bonds: let the II support, but does not replace the relationship in the real world.
