Eat at regular intervals:

“Eating enough at regular intervals is much better than eating lightly or bloat after a long break. It keeps your metabolism running and doesn’t put pressure on your body’s intestinal system. In my own experience and research, eating at least 2 hours apart has been proven to be the best way to follow a balanced diet approach. Moreover, instead of avoiding your favorite junk food completely, check if there is a healthy option or if you can make it healthy,” read an excerpt from his blog. Vinod added that understanding the intake of essential nutrients through a balanced diet is the key to losing belly fat faster. Work on your abs at the right time:

Vinod Channa advised to plan the work on the press correctly, and not to base it on impulsive decisions. We should focus on abs training only after working on larger muscles such as legs, back and chest. This is because after burning calories to work on the large muscles of the abs, it becomes easier to get in shape. Work on all muscle groups:

Vinod Channa notes the main muscle groups we should focus on – the rectus abdominis, internal obliques, external obliques and transverse obliques. “Do crunches that work the rectus abdominis, crunches and leg raises that work the internal and external obliques, and finally the transverse obliques, which can be trained while doing the plank, side plank,” wrote Vinod Chana.
