You don’t have to be completely prepared

There is no prerequisite to be fully prepared before approaching a date. Everything in your life doesn’t have to be perfect to find love. It’s not about being flawless; it’s about accepting yourself and being open to growth. The relationship coach noted that it’s important to be “ready enough.”

She said: “I thought I needed to ‘fix’ myself and be fully fit before I could find love. But it’s not a matter of full readiness, but sufficient readiness.”

You need a dating plan

Often, dating is based on feelings. But only trusting instincts can sometimes lead to repeating the same mistakes. By developing a plan, you can avoid past mistakes and approach dating with greater clarity.

Kelly explained, referring to her own experience, and said, “My old dating strategy was to say ‘it’s just fine,’ which never worked out well. When I started following the dating plan, I finally had clear guidelines to help me attract available men and not fall into my old patterns.”

You need to embody your femininity

A relationship is a balance of energies. In a world of toxic masculinity, where men with healthy masculinity are sought after, equal and healthy feminine energy is also needed. The idea is that relationships thrive when both partners bring balanced versions of their energy into the dynamic. It’s not just about gender roles.

She explained, “To attract a man in his healthy masculinity, I need to learn to embody my healthy femininity. Once I focused on that, I started attracting good men who I was interested in going on dates with.’

You don’t have to wait for men to make all the moves

You don’t have to be modest or shy. A relationship coach shared that even women should be direct and approach first. She said: “Femininity is not passive, and when dating a woman, women will invite men to her. I was the one who invited my now-husband to get in touch by DMing him on Instagram.’

You need support

A relationship coach shared her experience of how she struggled in her love life. But the main thing is not to be ashamed or proud to ask for help.
