A few days ago, Diksha shared a post about the diet she followed to lose 28 kg and get in shape. “Don’t believe everything you see on the internet; you might just start losing weight when you start doing this routine. I lost 28 kilos and if I had it to do over again, I would do it like this,” her text on the tape read.

Morning drinkComment: Coriander seeds, celery seeds and ginger water. Jira water is optional.
Breakfast: 2 whole eggs and one bag of mushrooms. Moong dal chilla with vegetables and mint chutney are optional.
Average mealcomment: Coffee with almond milk. You can add coconut water.
Dinnercomment : Chicken and hummus salad. You can add chickpea salad and hummus.
Evening snackcomment : If necessary, you can have a handful or fried chana or 1 fruit and 5 nuts

Other factors that affect weight loss
Diet is only part of the whole weight loss journey. There are healthy lifestyle and sleep choices that can help you lose weight and make healthy changes. Deeksha pointed out other factors that helped her lose weight.
Training: Make sure you exercise for at least 45 minutes 4-5 days a week.
Movement: It’s movement throughout the day, other than exercise, that contributes to your NEAT. Aim to take 10,000 steps daily.
Water intake: Drink up to 3 liters of water daily to ensure your bowels are under control, which will help your metabolism.
Sleep and stress: The oft-forgotten game-changing factors in your journey. An under-rested and over-worked body will never lose weight. Be very careful about your sleep hygiene and control your stress levels.
