Living in the House of Care in Cheltenham, she celebrated her special day with the cold pintai Guinez (Irish strong beer) and a huge smile. So, what is her advice for a long, full life? It’s easier (and much more fun) than you might think!
Guinness a day keeps a doctor
Forget about green juices and bizarre supplements – Katlin swear with Guinness! For the first time, she got acquainted with the iconic Irish at the age of 18, her parents, who were lifelong fans, reported in various media reports. Since then, Guinness has been in her life, and she has been attributing it to the fact that she remained strong for a century.

“We all drank Guinness at home; we liked everything … And I still do!” Kathleen said. Let it be iron content or just the joy of distracting her favorite drink, she believes that this habit has played a big role in its incredible journeys.
