1. Without baking soda for 28 days

Say goodbye to sweet non -alcoholic beverages and gas temptations. Cutting soda helps reduce bloating, balance blood sugar and maintain weight loss. Bubbles’ attraction? Try shiny water with lemon or mint.

2. Drink 2 liters of water daily

Hydration is key. Try to at least 2 liters of water each day to wash toxins, maintain digestion and increase skin health. Set the reminder if necessary, your body will thank you.
