What happens when you lose weight?

Jacob started his weight loss journey at 315 pounds, which is approximately 143 kg. After intensive training and adjusting his diet, the fitness trainer reduced his weight to 185 pounds (about 84 kg) in a year. In a video titled “What Happens After Losing Weight,” he shared all the changes you notice after losing weight. Here are the 3 changes he mentioned:

  • Sitting becomes uncomfortable:
