3. Hoping only for a walk on exercise

- Why is the problem: Excellent physical activity, but not adequate only for fat loss.
- The decision is: Add 2-3 days of strength training or weight training at home.
4. Based on the Jeera or Methi water for loss of fat

- Why is the problem: Useful for digestion, but not so much for burning fat.
- The decision is: Use them as supplements rather than your main strategy.
5. Trusting Lite Namkeen on snacks

- Why is the problem: Feels healthier than chips, but still packed with salt, exquisite oils and hidden supplements.
- The decision is: Homemade fried snacks or a regular vat with lemon and salt.
6. Starting day with tea/coffee on an empty stomach

- Why is the problem: It causes cortisol, disrupts hormones and can cause stomach storage.
- The decision is: Break, rich in protein before tea/coffee, like eggs, panicles or chila.
