On July 18, the court records confirmed that Saterovit was officially withdrawn by the case, noting another dramatic turn in the saga, which continued until 2010.

Last weekend, Sattertwaite went to social media to tell his side of history. He explained that he really gave up the trial, but hinted at the great forces in the game, saying that “behind the closed doors” much was happening. Meanwhile, Jay-Z is not holding back. In their latest response in court, they claimed that the satertweit and his legal guardian have been providing “frivolous” trials for years. The rapper’s lawyers noted that in 1994 another person was legally announced by the father of Sattersita and that the courts repeatedly rejected the requirements for Jay-Z.

They described the latest complaint as a brazen attempt to bypass the 2022 court ban, which forbade Sattertwaite to submit any further lawsuits in New Jersey without the previous approval. According to the court documents, this prohibition was issued after numerous attempts to revive the paternity requirement that could no longer be.
Satterthwaite insists that there is more in history
Although affected by legal failures, Satterthwaite remains unwavering. In a statement to US Weekly, he claimed that he had never been properly informed of the ban and that all orders issued in the New Jersey courts were appealed. He continues to say that Jay-Z is engaged in fraud to block the proper process and avoid a paternity test.

He also pushed away from the claims that his mother identified another person as his father, saying that she was minor at the time of his birth and still stood on her account that Jay-Z-his biological dad.
