She said: “For most active elderly people, the focus should not be on restriction, but on nutrition, cognition and metabolic health.
Hushba shared the guidance by listing important nutrients and their nutrition sources that can help older adults maintain strength, mobility and overall well -being:
1. Prioritize the protein in each meal
- With age, muscle loss occurs.
