Martney is a weight loss coach who survived weight transformation and fell 7 kilograms. Martney continues to share fragments of her slimming journey, the truth she studied on travel, diet and training in her social media profile. On April 16, Martney shared a message on Instagram, which listed the truths of weight loss, which she learned while losing weight. “The 7 truths I learned by losing 17 pounds and 20 inches that no one will tell you any more,” Martney wrote in the mail. Here are the truths she shared:
1. Look what you eat
If you want to change what your body looks like, you need to change what you put in your mouth.
2. Make a choice about your eating habits
Every choice you make moves you closer or further from your goal. (Do not eat processed foods, visceral fat growth and upset bowel microbiomas should not be 5 seconds if it is in your mouth)
3. Stop on your own sabotage
Saying that “it’s just this once” or “this time” or “I’ll be tomorrow”, it’s yourself. Admble it as it is.
4. Eat more animal protein
If you want to lose weight, eat more animal protein. You most likely do not use this important macro.

5. Work regularly
Exercise is not overly required to lose weight. Work is no more difficult – learn how insulin and fuel system work with soft exercise, and fat will melt away from your body.
6. Requirement for weight loss requires a lifestyle shift

“We look like our habits, not our goals. The efforts are not lying,” Martney added.
