“The 7 truths I learned by losing 17 pounds and 20 inches that no one will tell you any more,” Martney wrote in the mail. Here are the truths she shared:

1. Look what you eat

If you want to change what your body looks like, you need to change what you put in your mouth.

2. Make a choice about your eating habits

Every choice you make moves you closer or further from your goal. (Do not eat processed foods, visceral fat growth and upset bowel microbiomas should not be 5 seconds if it is in your mouth)

3. Stop on your own sabotage
