Recently, this iconic outfit received international recognition as it was selected to participate in the Museum of the Academy“Color in Motion” exhibition. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) even gave Aishwarya special praise on its official Instagram page, showcasing her clips from the film, further cementing her global appeal.
Aishwarya’s portrayal of Jodhaa Bai was the perfect blend of grace and strength, bringing the character to life as only she could. Aishwarya and Hrithik Roshan’s costumes fused Rajasthani and Mughal elements, making them a visual masterpiece. The jewelry alone was a true marvel—reportedly made of 400 kilograms of real gold and studded with precious stones. These exquisite pieces took two years to create and 70 skilled craftsmen worked tirelessly to bring them to life.

Aishwarya herself wore a staggering 200 kilograms of jewelery while shooting the film, and the pieces were so precious that 50 security guards guarded them on the sets. The attention to detail and craftsmanship of these jewels really accentuated the majesty of the film’s visuals.
