When emotions work high, do not become prey to eat unhealthy. Instead, try these products that help regulate your mood.

A few days, do you feel that your emotions spend the show? Each emotion has its own dramatic hysteria, whether it is anxiety, causing you to bite your nails or anger, causing you to grab your own shadow. The fact is that you feel mentally stretched out and at the edge of the loss. At these vulnerable moments, if you are emotionally charged, you will be pulling out for unwanted or processed foods with great likely to distract yourself (perhaps breathe a pack of chips or finish a whole bath of ice cream yourself).

But instead of overcoming their emotions, these products do not help at all, as these high sodium dishes or a trans fat can make you more sluggish or annoying, adding fuel to the fire. This is an important reminder of choosing products that will actually facilitate the intensity if you are emotionally charged. The Somya Luhadia nutritionist went to Instagram on April 16 to share what is, depending on your emotions.

What is it depending on how you feel?

Somya shared:

  • Feeling stress or anxiety: pumpkin seeds and dark chocolate.
  • Feeling low energy: Add beet sources and vitamin B12 as yogurt.
  • Feeling angry or annoying: add chamomile tea to your usual.
  • Feeling low or sad: add banana or omega-3 sources such as walnuts or flax seeds to increase serotonin levels and boost your mood.
  • Feeling definitely and foggy: add antioxidants with green tea and increase brain health.

Getting to condescending food for comfort is easy and remove the intense emotions that you feel as a form of distraction. But it may not be the best choice, especially if you have fitness -methods or trying to lose weight. Even outside of weight loss, it is not perfect, because frequent emotional overeating unhealthy food can pave the way to serious, chronic health problems. Emotionally, this is also not suitable, as it leads to a cycle of guilt, shame and invites emotional suffering.
