Famous Barbie designers and lifelong partners Mario Piglana and Gianny Grosi tragically died in a car accident on July 27 in Italy, according to several reports. The accident occurred when an 82-year-old man was driving a car in the wrong direction on the A4 Turin-Milan highway, which led to a collision. According to the Sky TG24 and the Ansa news agency, the incident took the life of Piaryn, 52, Grosi, 55, and the amos Valery Jernia, 37 years old. Another person, the wife of one of the victims, was hospitalized with serious injuries. An elderly man identified as Egyidio series also died as a result of an accident.
The duo was known all over the world with its complex Barbie dolls on the sea under their Magia2000 brand, which they launched in 1999.
