Conclusions of the study:
The study was conducted at 22 healthy elderly people (12 men and 10 women) with an average age of 68. Participants participated in four coffee drinking sessions – consuming coffee with caffeine, drinking coffee from a mismattle, taking a placement drink or not consuming liquids at all. The participants were then asked to conduct tests for balance and posture under certain circumstances, for example, standing with their eyes closed or standing on soft surfaces. The pressure center is measured in their body. Physical functions with the participation of the stands for the chair, curls, timed pedestrian test and the test are recorded.
During the study, the researchers noticed that coffee has little effect on posture and balance in the elderly adults. Participants who used coffee with caffeine had very similar performances with those who drank coffee without caffeine, placebo or had no liquid.

Coffee with caffeine against coffee without caffeine:
One slight change was noticed – it was noticed that people who drank caffeine had a more frequency of small balance adjustments than others. However, this does not mean a significant effect on coffee on posture and balance. Also Read Can your cup of coffee add more years in your life? Long study shows amazing details
Researchers in their work concluded: “This suggests that coffee has a limited effect on balance performance or physical function, but can affect both the complexity of the balance and the strategy used to maintain a vertical position. In general, a strong cup of coffee does not affect the balance and measures.”
