You probably heard you should walk 10,000 steps a day. A number of studies have shown that it has several health benefits, including weight loss, increased metabolism, helping to burn calories and increasing the health of the cardiovascular system.

But with our restless schedules, completing 10k steps can be a monumental task daily. So, it becomes reasonable to wonder if there is an alternative if you can get the benefits of walking 10k daily without completing 10k steps. According to the fitness coach Eugene theo, there is Japanese equipment on foot – discovered by Japanese researchers in 2007 – which gives you 10 times more than 30 minutes.

On May 28, Eugene shared the drum, where he told about the disappointment that he would not be able to complete 10k steps because of various reasons. He wrote: “I know I can’t be the only one who looks at my step at the end of the day and feel right.

The fitness coach then shared a simple 30 -minute protocol – Japanese walking technique – it can have a huge difference.

What is the Japanese walking technique? According to the fitness trainer, in this protocol, not at 10,000 points you do:

Switch between:

  • 3 minutes of fast walking and 3 minutes of slow walking totaling 5 kits.
