  • You have personalized your partner’s feelings
  • You think a healthy relationship means you are always happy
  • You don’t share your own feelings, so you expect your partner too should not
  • You are an empath or a very sensitive person
  • You had caregivers who put on you their emotions
  • You were not allowed to express different feelings in childhood
  • Your tutors have accused you of anger
  • You feel responsible for your partner’s feelings. You expect your partner to be in a good mood
