Short videos and drums on Instagram can be very interesting, and recently this short video format in social media supplements have completely taken over. Conclusions of the study:

The study was conducted for 111 people, aged 17 to 30 years, which often consume short videos. Participants were invited to watch an average of 95 minutes of short movies every day for two months, and the MRI tracked their brain.

The results were shocking. It was noticed that the participants showed the activity of the brain that bordered on dependence. Brain areas associated with decision -making and emotions control – Orbitofrontal Cortex and Cerebellum showed more gray substances with more serious dependence. More active classes were also observed in the posterior cortex and dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, areas of the brain responsible for attention and self -comparison, which suggests that participants with greater exposure to short videos involved in self -thinking, which leads to lack of attention. These participants also observed 500 genes associated with dependence and nervous changes.

Short attention and bad sleep:

The researchers noticed that more and more participants were subjected to short videos, and they fought more. They also demonstrated poor sleep quality, fighting insomnia. Envy was marked by one of the main factors of short -term video. Participants often escaped the reality of negative thinking and trapped in short video scroll.
