Dipping the snack in the oil to reach the perfect, gold crunch – this is what many of us are to blame, because the crunchy crust is just too good to resist. Let it be fritters on a rainy day with ginger tea or weekends, aloo Pur, fried dishes most often do not find on our plates.

Gastroenterologist D -R Saurab Seti, who regularly shares the bowel improvement tips on his Instagram, explained that although deep frying is not the best method of cooking, for random use, the choice of proper oil can change the situation. This helps to ensure that your digestive system does not pay the price by softening some damage.
Dr. Seti shared four oils and evaluated their effectiveness depending on the smoke. The oils he offered have high smoke. For uninformed smoke points, it is a temperature at which the oil begins to produce smoke. A higher smoke point is preferred because when oil begins to smoke, it destroys and releases harmful compounds that can affect the quality of food and bowel health.
Here are the four alleys that Dr. Seti shared:
1. The exquisite coconut oil
He said: “He is rich in fat and has a high temperature of smoke about 400 degrees.”
2. Defined olive oil
Olive oil is a cooking, but not all varieties are suitable for deep frying. D -R Seti explained: “The exquisite olive oil is rich in monounsaturated fats and has a high point of smoke about 465 degrees. Remember that Extra Virgin olive oil is not a good choice for deep frying.”
3. Dure or up -to -butter
D -Reti added: “Melted butter or up -to -date oil has a high point of smoke about 450 degrees by Fahrenheit.”
4. Avocado -alee
One unique oil on this list is avocado oil. According to him, Dr. Seti specified on the smoke, “the avocado oil has a high drowsiness of about 520 degrees by Fahrenheit.”
Finally, it warned against seed oils such as sunflower, soybeans and rapeseed, which have high polyunsaturated fats and can oxidize at high temperatures.
