Ingredients:
• 1 to 2 tbsp. Chia seeds
• 1 to 2 tsp.
• 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or ordinary yogurt
• 1/2 tsp.
• 1–2 tsp. maple syrup (either to taste)
Instructions:
1. If you use Matcha, whisk with a little yogurt or yogurt to completely dissolve. If you use custard tea, make sure it is strong and chilled.
2. In a jar or bowl, connect Chia, yogurt or kefir, match or tea, vanilla and maple syrup. Mix thoroughly.
3. Allow to sit for 5 minutes, mix again to prevent lumps.
4. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or night until thick and pudding.
5. Mix before serving. Top with berries, or eat as it is.
