Creator Jess Lineo says it makes this particular soup at least once a week for his groom to make sure he is experiencing her. Why? Because this soup is not only broth and filling, but has incredible potential for immunity. Jess also continues to state how according to the Netflix documentary, which she recently watched, this soup is a rather popular recipe in one of the blue zones around the world where people continue to live to be 100 years.

Now what is the blue zone and why do we need a recipe? The blue zone refers to a geographical region where people live much longer and healthy than the world average. Five usually identified blue zones around the world – Akinanva in Japan, Sardini in Italy, no one in Costa -Rica, Ikaria in Greece and Linda in California.

Soup that boosts immunity
Ingredients: Olive oil – 2tbsps, crushed garlic – 1tbsp, celery – 1/2 cup, carrots – 1/2 cup, crushed yellow onion – 1/2, green beans – 1/2 cup, zucchini – 1/2 cup, white beans – 420gms, kidney Beans – 420g glasses, pier -1/2 cup, 2 cups, up to 2 cups, up to 2 cups, up to 2 cups, up 220 cm, up to 220gm, waves, salt and pepper to taste, Italian par -1tbsp, paprik
Method: In a deep, thick bottom, heat the olive oil and fry the garlic to the fragrant. Add to the vegetables and allow them to sweat a little before you log out with a choice of spices. Nothing is needed – the average dried herb mixture with salt and pepper (thick dose of the latter). Give it a good mix before pouring into the broth and thrown into beans and pasta. Let the pasta cook, and the beans become a slurry before adding to the paprika for an immediate hint of heat.
