Dr. Kio also breaks this and suggests: “Use a fist to measure the portion size that is appropriate to your body. By taking cooked vegetables, you will need about 4 to 5 fists a day.”It emphasizes that the size of the servings may differ when you choose raw vegetables. “If it is raw vegetables, you will need up to 10 fists a day. This is because the preparation of raw vegetables will shrink, so you will need to double the amount,” she adds.
